Safety is the #1 concern of homeowners in our neighborhood, and criminal activity has significantly decreased since the E.N.P. (Expanded Neighborhood Patrol) program began in 2005. HSMNA employs off-duty police officers, and the number of hours they patrol our neighborhood depends completely on the number of paid members. For this reason, we urge each household to consider joining the E.N.P. program.
